Creamy Spinach Air Fryer Seabass
For the fish
1.
Pat the seabass fillets dry and place them in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, dried parsley, lime juice and oil. Mix well until the fish is evenly coated.
2 Seabass fillets

1 tsp Black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic granules
1 tsp Onion granules
1 tsp Dried parsley
1/2 Lime juice
1 tbsp Oil

Place the fillets in a baking dish that fits inside your air fryer. Air fry at 180 degrees Celsius for 13 to 15 minutes. There is no need to flip the fish.
For the sauce
1.
While the fish cooks, prepare the sauce. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.

Add paprika and salt, then stir for a few seconds. Add the spinach and cook for another few seconds until wilted.

1 handful Baby spinach

Pour in the low fat cream and water. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened.

For serving
1.
Heat a separate pan and stir fry sliced onions and chillies with salt and pepper until softened and slightly caramelised.
2.
Once the fish is cooked, pour the creamy spinach sauce over the fillets. Serve hot with the stir fried onions and chillies.
