Protein-First Prep: Whether it’s 500g of lean chicken mince or three- egg breakfasts, protein keeps my muscles fueled for lifting and walking. The Veggie "Volume": I use vegetables like eggplant, carrots, and massive salads to bulk up my plates so I’m never eating a tiny portion.
