Your new meal plan is here, I have included a variety of proteins in this one with some lamb and Fish dishes in addition to Chicken. But all lunches and dinners averaging to ~1000 calories a day, leaving you some room for breakfast or a little dessert (like my chocolate chip airfryer cake? ) a slice a day could only bring some extra joy without much calories. ;) Enjoy and have a great week ahead.
