Here’s a flavour packed shredded beef recipe that is tender, juicy and perfect for sandwiches, bowls or quick meals. I absolutely loved this and made a toasted baguette sandwich. It tastes like hunter beef but it's made effortlessly!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add the beef to a pressure cooker with all the spices, sauces and water.

700 g Boneless lean beef

Salt

1 tsp Black pepper

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Red chilli flakes

1 tsp Coriander powder

1 tbsp Onion granules

1 tbsp Garlic granules

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp White vinegar

1 tbsp Dark soy sauce

1 cup Water

Step 2

Mix well and pressure cook for 35 to 40 minutes or until the beef is very tender.

Step 3

Once cooked, cook on high heat to dry out all the remaining water.

Step 4

Transfer the beef to an air fryer tray lined with baking paper.

Step 5

Mash and shred the beef using a fork or spatula.

Step 6

Top with sliced green chillies for extra aroma.

Spray lightly with oil spray.

Air fry at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until slightly crispy.
