Nice for a change, something I wouldn't have had. Froze half of the meat mix so can do a quick dinner another time. forgot to take photo.

Hi Lisa 🫶 I am glad you liked this and yes I freeze the kebab mix in ziplock bags as well to make kebabs next time. Spread the mixture and mark the kebabs with the back of your knife and it’s such an easy dinner fix xx
