I'm starting my low carb journey again as my GP told me I was pre-diabetic, I know this works as I dropped 4 dress sizes and over 2.5 the last time I embarked on it (albeit some years ago). I will follow your lovely recipes still but I'll have to give the rice a miss 🙄 and eat veg instead. Good luck on your journey 🤞

Hi Lygia 🫶 Oh I am sorry to hear that and I wish you health! I cannot imagine not eating rice as I eat rice every single day 🙈🙈, I can only imagine how hard it is for you. I'll be creating and adding all the high protien healthy recipes and I'll be eating rice and bread but in a very controlled way by adding a lot of volume to the protien with vegetables, salads and sauces so everything tastes great and we don’t miss on anything. Let’s do this 🫶🫶

Yess Harneet. As this post has each and everything I ate today and it went surprisingly well and I am goona make sure to keep posting it everyday so you guys can also keep me accountable for it 😆. I'll also be sharing the recipes here on the club and I hope we all can do it happily with eating delicious food 😋 I am copy pasting my calorie intake details below as well 🫶 BREAKFAST: Tea (full fat milk + 1 tbsp honey) → ~90 kcal 2 slices Aldi Half & Half bread → ~200 kcal 3 boiled eggs → ~210 kcal 1 tbsp low fat mayo → ~35 kcal Half cucumber → ~10 kcal Breakfast total → ~545 kcal I work from 12-4 So I only drink water and this breakfast kept me full anyway. I had my dinner at 6pm DINNER: Chicken stir fry (half portion): • 400g chicken mince → ~600 kcal total → you ate half = ~300 kcal • 1 tbsp oil → ~120 kcal total → your half = ~60 kcal • Veg (broccoli + beans) → ~80 kcal total → your half = ~40 kcal → Stir fry portion = ~400 kcal Rice: • 1 cup cooked basmati rice → ~200 kcal • Coconut milk + oil in batch (your portion share) → ~80 kcal → Rice total = ~280 kcal Sauce: • 2 tbsp fat free yogurt → ~20 kcal • 1 tbsp low fat mayo → ~35 kcal → Sauce total = ~55 kcal Dinner total → ~735 kcal SNACK • 2 tangerines → ~80 kcal • 7 loquats (that’s what “lokaath” is 👍) → ~70 kcal • Tea (same as morning) → ~90 kcal • 2 fries + 1 bite paratha → ~60 kcal (very guilty 😆) Snacks total → ~300 kcal 🔢 Your Estimated Daily Total • Breakfast: ~545 kcal • Dinner: ~735 kcal • Snacks: ~300 kcal ✅ Total: ~1,580 calories I also did 7490 steps as I work in primark so that burnt 200-300 calories. I hope this helps 🫶
